Now specialising in agentic systems
Your partner for production-grade agentic systems
I work with agencies to design, validate, and deliver high-impact agentic systems for their clients—using a structured ADLC approach to ensure solutions are measurable, governable, and production-ready.
Who this is for
Built for agencies that need more AI delivery capability
This is for agencies that are already working closely with clients and are seeing growing demand for agentic engagements. The opportunity is not just in building features, but in delivering systems that create real impact across products, workflows, and business operations.
Many agencies have the relationships and commercial access to open these conversations. What they often lack is enough specialist capability to confidently scope, design, and deliver these systems in production. That’s where I come in—as an embedded partner across scoping, design, and delivery.

Have a client opportunity in mind?
Where this works best
Client Proximity
You work directly with clients and are involved in shaping solutions—close enough to identify real opportunities.
Commercial Expansion
You are or want to move into delivering high-value agentic systems for your clients—beyond surface-level features.
Delivery Gap
You need specialist capability to scope, design, and deliver agentic systems for production.
Embedded Partnership
You want a partner who can operate alongside your team in client-facing engagements.
What I do
Production-grade agentic systems for your clients
I design and deliver agentic systems that operate across real workflows by leveraging domain knowledge and integrating data, tools, compliance, guardrails, and decision logic into structured execution.
These systems are built to perform reliably in production, with a focus on measurable outcomes, system integrity, and long-term maintainability.
Agentic systems are non-deterministic, so they require planning, evaluation, and ongoing control in order to perform reliably in production.

Technical capability
Lead full-stack engineer building production-grade agentic systems
I bring 14+ years of full-stack and cloud engineering experience across startups, agencies, and scale-ups—designing and delivering systems that operate reliably in production.
This includes building event-driven architectures, serverless platforms, and domain-driven systems on AWS, alongside modern web and mobile applications.
How delivery works
A structured approach to delivering agentic systems
Delivery is structured through the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC)—a phased approach designed for non-deterministic systems, where behaviour is continuously evaluated, validated, and controlled.
Each phase builds toward production readiness, with clear outputs and decision points across the lifecycle.
1. Preparation & Hypotheses
Identify where agentic systems can create meaningful impact within existing workflows, define initial hypotheses, and establish early success criteria grounded in real operational context.
2. Scope Framing & Problem Definition
Define the problem, map workflows, establish constraints, and set measurable success criteria, including human–agent responsibilities and data requirements.
3. Agent Definition & Architecture
Design the agent architecture, data flows, evaluation strategy, and cost model—establishing a clear and production-ready system blueprint.
4. Simulation & Proof of Value
Validate system behaviour using real data, measure performance and cost, and establish a clear go / no-go decision based on empirical results.
5. Implementation & Continuous Evaluation
Build the system with integrated evaluation, ensuring behaviour is continuously validated as logic, prompts, and data evolve.
6. Testing
Validate the system across real-world scenarios, ensuring reliability, safety, performance, and readiness for production use.
7. Deployment
Deploy the system in a controlled manner with monitoring, alerting, and safeguards to ensure stable operation in production.
8. Continuous Learning & Governance
Monitor performance, manage system evolution, and maintain alignment as data, models, and usage change over time.

Partnership model
Embedded within your agency, across client engagements
I operate as a fractional partner within your agency—working directly across client engagements to scope, design, and deliver agentic systems.
This enables you to bring senior agentic systems capability into your client work without hiring, building internal teams, or slowing delivery.
How it works in practice
I work across multiple client engagements as needed, focusing on high-leverage areas such as system design, evaluation strategy, and production delivery—while collaborating closely with your team.
To maintain quality and focus, I work with a limited number of agency partners at any given time.
If you have a client opportunity or are looking to expand your agentic system delivery, we can define how this would work within your current engagements.
Pricing and engagement
10 days per month,
on a rolling basis
Large agencies hire Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly within client environments—scoping, designing, and delivering systems.
I provide the same capability on a fractional basis, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
A rolling engagement providing dedicated capacity each month to support active client work and ongoing delivery.

Engagement Details
10 days per month
Half-day scheduling model
Rolling monthly agreement
Asynchronous communication outside scheduled days
Additional days: £450/day
Working with your existing team
If you already have an internal team building agentic capabilities, I can integrate directly—working alongside your engineers and domain experts across discovery, system design, and delivery.
Longer-term engagements
Longer-term commitments can also be agreed, providing dedicated capacity over an extended period for agencies delivering ongoing client engagements.
